Завел QIWI Visa Virtual, привязал к Киви-кошельку кредитку, после привязал ее к PayPal, сделал статус - "провереный".
После 4-го шага, кидает на страницу PayPal - вводим пароль для проверки, далее появляется:

"I authorise IGN Entertainment to charge the available funding sources (i.e. balance in my account or my credit card, etc.) in my PayPal account for the future payments above. To make a change, I can go to My Preapproved Payments on my PayPal Profile page.
...
You're almost done. You will confirm your payment on IGN Entertainment"

=> жмем Agree and Continue, снова кидает на страницу "Start your 30 day free trial", где снизу красными буквами подпись гласит:
We are unable to process your PayPal payment at this time. Please use a different payment method or try again in a few minutes.

Перепробовал и так и сяк - ни в какую, что не так?
